We’re honored to perform at the Shreveport Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Celebration: An Intimate Afternoon with Civil Rights icon Rev. Dr. Harry Blake on the Sunday before the observed Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
Dr. Blake fought alongside Dr. M.L. King, Jr. here in Shreveport and elsewhere for civil rights in the 1960s. He served as a pastor for many years and gave his farewell address at Mount Canaan the Sunday before New Years Eve, 2018.

A reception will be held immediately after the program. Meet Dr. Blake, take pictures and have him sign your copy of his memoir, “Plantations, Protests, Pulpits: Lessons from the Phases of My Life.” Books will be available for purchase.
